This is a sources of client-side application for social musical network such as MOG or Last.fm

Since this project has been closed this sources has no worth. But it can be useful for novice programmers

This application can gather information about MP3 files that user have on his machine, send this information to specified server, interact with Winamp and iTunes

This application can be used as examples for following:

• Recursive folder search
• Thread management (TThread)
• Thread synchronization using TCriticalSection and TEvent. Method TThread.Synchronize usage.
• Interacting with iTunes COM object
• Creating and usage WinAMP plugin (of general purpose)
• Data exchange between processes
• Data exchange via HTTP protocol

Third part modules: DCPcrypt v2.0 written by David Barton and ECXML.
